We are a long-term property owner managing approximately 7400 apartments across the country with a team of 74 employees. The company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

We are now looking for an experienced Property Technician in Helsingborg!

What does the job entail?

The tasks include customer contact, ongoing internal property maintenance, reporting of issues, repairs, and service. The job also includes some administrative tasks - simply everything needed to take care of our properties, areas, and tenants in the best possible way! You will be part of a team of 6 employees based in Helsingborg.

Who are you?

You enjoy technical tasks combined with classic property maintenance and have relevant high school education. Experience in HVAC is an advantage, as well as knowledge in handling vehicles and machinery. A B driver's license is required. Our workflows are digitized, so good computer skills are a prerequisite!

As a person, you are technically inclined and a problem solver with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. Since the job involves a lot of contact with both tenants and suppliers, you need to have good social skills and be service-oriented. You can take initiative and plan your workday effectively.

About the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment (6 months probationary period). You will report to our Property Manager and be located in the Fredriksdal area of Helsingborg.
